What the forms collect
The project, callback and support forms collect your name, email address and message, and optionally your organisation and phone number (a phone number is required for a callback). Project forms also send the services you tick. A hidden field is used to filter automated spam. You must tick a consent box before sending.
How it is processed
Submissions go to a small script on this website’s host, which validates them and passes them to the host’s mail system for delivery to [email protected]. The hosting provider and mail system therefore process your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry, provide requested services, or meet legal obligations, and keep it only as long as needed for those purposes.
Rate limiting
To limit abuse, the script stores a pseudonymous identifier derived from your IP address and a counter in a temporary server folder for about 15 minutes. Expired files are cleaned up on later requests. Your message content is not logged by the script.
Cookies and local storage
This site installs no analytics, advertising or other optional cookies. When you make a choice in the cookie banner, that choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage so the banner doesn’t reappear. If storage is unavailable, the site still works and may ask again. Choosing “Reject optional” changes nothing else, because nothing optional runs. You can reopen the choice from the footer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its use. Email us to do so. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
